Run a Third Party’s Credit Report Unbeknownst to the Individual
A "legitimate business need" can gain access to your credit history, including: Generally, only an employer or prospective employer needs your written consent to obtain a report. An exception is Vermont where any user needs your oral or written consent. In practice, most potential creditors ask for your permission to review your report. Your permission is not required when inquiries are made in connection with a pre-approved credit offer.

NATIONAL CRIMINAL RECORDS CHECK
Immediate access to all criminal, felony, misdemeanor, sex offender and other criminal offense records.

Juvenile records are not covered. Arrest Records are not available. Arrest dates are covered in most court records but only in the cases where the arrest resulted in a court action. Our Coverage is limited to the jurisdictions that make the database available.

STATE CRIMINAL RECORDS CHECK
All states are available. The example below refers to Georgia.

Georgia Bureau of Investigation Data contains information on more than 445,000 individuals who have been convicted on felony charges in Georgia since the early 1970s. Data may include name, DOB, offense, and disposition date. Updated every 6 months.

Georgia Dept of Corrections Department of Corrections records for statewide felony criminal convictions and guilty pleas of individuals sentenced to serve time, community service, or have received suspended sentence, parole, or probation at any state facility since 1979. Data represents over 1 million persons guilty of felonies and some state-level misdemeanors.

Results may include offense, offense date, sentence, sentence date, probation, release date, as well as personal information including address, date of birth, height, weight, race, and sex. In some cases, photos included. Database is updated monthly.

Sex Offender Georgia Sex Offender Registry records. Results may include offenders either released from prison or placed on probation, parole or supervised release after July 1, 1996. In some case, photos included. Database is updated monthly.

P.R.I.O.R.S. Public Record Indexes of Record Searches. This database is comprised of proprietary criminal data compiled from previously ordered county, statewide and federal criminal requests, from GA, which contained records.

Georgia corrections records of statewide felony criminal convictions and guilty pleas on persons who have been sentenced to serve time or community service, or have received a suspended sentence, parole or probation at any state facility since 1970.

BANK ACCOUNT SEARCH
This is a Bank account search and investment account search. Bank account searches can be used to collect judgments, child support, bad debts, or even to verify if someone actually has a bank account or investment account.

Investigators will search for Bank Accounts (Checking or Savings accounts) and Investment accounts (stocks, bonds, commodities, mutual funds).

CURRENT EMPLOYER SEARCH (POE)
You are hiring a private investigator to locate the CURRENT employer of your subject. This is an in-depth 1 - 3 week long search whereby the investigator will use many resources to locate your subject's current employer. Then they take it one-step further and personally verify the information before sending you the report. The fee charged includes several hours of research, phone calls, skip tracing, and verification of report findings.

FINANCIAL DUE DILIGENCE REPORT
The information available with a financial due diligence report is the same search information that credit bureaus provide banks to help qualify new customer accounts about bounced checks and overdraft occurrences.

This report includes all the customer identification information in the report without the credit information that financial institutions are entitled to.

These reports often include addresses and other important information that are not typically found in free people searches, or basic online people search databases.

Unusual, hard to explain and reoccurring numbers appearing on the phone bill? Find out the address in which they originated as well as other applicable identification of the caller.

INTEGRATED CELLULAR PHONE SEARCH
While we cannot legally supply you with records specifically regarding calls made and received we ca however, provide you with the name and address of the owner upon registration.

You may enter any cell phone number in the USA for this reverse cell phone lookup. Your assigned investigator will conduct a real investigation to locate who owns the number. The actual owners name & address on file will be provided for you. Keep in mind that any one that owns a cell phone can use any address they want for their cell phone number since cell phones are not attached to a specific residence or business address. Georgia has potentially the most stringent privacy laws regarding the protection of personal driving records in the nation. Therefore, this particular service typically yields less than desirable results and is not recommended.
